Are your products dermatologist-approved?
Yes. All Agorge formulas are developed with dermatologist input, tested for safety and real results. If you have extremely sensitive skin, patch-test first.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely! Every single product is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

Are there parabens, sulfates or harsh chemicals?
Nope—never. All Agorge formulas are free from parabens, SLS/SLES, phthalates, mineral oil, and synthetic dyes/fragrance.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use gentle, dermatologist-backed actives safe for most people. But always patch-test and discontinue if irritation occurs.

How fast will I see results?
Most see real changes in 2-4 weeks. Full results for brightening/anti-acne: 6-8 weeks. Results depend on your skin and routine consistency.
🛒 Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit & credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Every payment is 256-bit secured.

Can I apply a coupon or promo code?
Yes! Enter your code on the checkout page. Only one coupon can be used per order, and some may have minimum purchase.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
COD is not available at this time. Please choose from many easy digital options.

How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID & email. Or simply log in for instant status and shipping updates.

How do I cancel, modify, or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour after placing (if not processed). Email support@agorge.com with details.
🚚 Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across all of India, with free shipping on every order. International shipping is not available.

How long does delivery take?
4-7 business days for metro areas, 7-10 days for remote or North-East India. Dispatch within 1 business day is our promise.

Can I change my address after ordering?
You can change your address within 1 hour of order if it isn't shipped. Write to support@agorge.com immediately.

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unused and unopened.

How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at support@agorge.com with your order number & a photo of the item. Our support team will guide you through the process.
