Eligibility & What’s Covered
- Return requests accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and only for:
- Wrong item sent
- Damaged in transit
- Defective packaging/product
- All returns must be unused, unopened, and sent in original sealed packaging.
- No returns for allergies, personal dislike of scent/texture, or items opened/used.
- Gift items, sample packs & free products are final sale—no returns/refunds.
Don’t worry—if there’s a quality issue, we’ll always hear you out and resolve fast.
What’s Not Covered / Special Cases

Opened, used or tampered products are never eligible for return or refund.
- Allergic reactions or “didn’t suit me” claims are not covered, as individual sensitivity varies and we always list complete ingredients.
- Gift items, promotional or free products, and bulk/wholesale purchases—final sale, no returns.
- Returns sent without approval, sent after deadline, or not matching policy will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
- Fraudulent/multiple false claims = permanent account block.
- COD, shipping, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless Agorge made the mistake.
All claims/returns must strictly follow instructions for fastest processing.

How long do returns/refunds take in total?
Return pickup and processing: 3–7 days. Refunds: 2–7 business days after approval.
How will I know if my return/refund was approved?
All updates (approval, rejection, refund status) are sent by email to the ID used in your order.
Can I get refund to another account or as wallet/store credit?
Refunds are only made to the original payment mode/card.
