Eligibility & What’s Covered
  • Return requests accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and only for:
    • Wrong item sent
    • Damaged in transit
    • Defective packaging/product
  • All returns must be unused, unopened, and sent in original sealed packaging.
  • No returns for allergies, personal dislike of scent/texture, or items opened/used.
  • Gift items, sample packs & free products are final sale—no returns/refunds.

How to Request a Return/Refund
  1. Email support@agorge.com with your order number, clear photo(s) of the product/packaging, and describe your issue. Attach any courier proof if item is damaged or wrong.
  2. Our team reviews your claim within 24 hours (Mon-Sat).
  3. If approved, we will provide simple return shipping instructions. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval or claim will close.
📦 Tip: All unauthorized/late returns will be refused.
Approvals & Refund Timeline
  • Your returned item is checked within 2 business days of arrival for condition and eligibility.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment source within 7 working days.
  • Partial refunds will be made if item is returned used/opened, with missing parts, or not in original condition (at Agorge discretion).
  • We cannot refund shipping or COD fees unless there was a proven Agorge shipping error.
  • No refunds for products sent back after the return window has closed.

What’s Not Covered / Special Cases
  • Opened, used or tampered products are never eligible for return or refund.
  • Allergic reactions or “didn’t suit me” claims are not covered, as individual sensitivity varies and we always list complete ingredients.
  • Gift items, promotional or free products, and bulk/wholesale purchases—final sale, no returns.
  • Returns sent without approval, sent after deadline, or not matching policy will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
  • Fraudulent/multiple false claims = permanent account block.
  • COD, shipping, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless Agorge made the mistake.
All claims/returns must strictly follow instructions for fastest processing.

How will I know if my return/refund was approved?
All updates (approval, rejection, refund status) are sent by email to the ID used in your order.
Can I get refund to another account or as wallet/store credit?
Refunds are only made to the original payment mode/card.
