Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pan-India Delivery Coverage
  • Orders accepted & delivered to all 28 states & major union territories of India.
  • Major serviceable pincodes: 24,000+ (metro, non-metro, and remote zones).
  • Partner couriers: Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post, EcomExpress and more.
  • Shipping available to home addresses, offices, hostels, and PO boxes as per courier policy.
Dispatch, Delivery Speed & Order Tracking
  • Orders placed before 12PM usually dispatch same day (Mon–Sat). Others dispatch within 24 working hours.
  • Standard delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 1–3 working days
    • Tier II/III cities: 2–4 working days
    • North East, J&K, remote locations: 3–7 working days
  • All orders receive a tracking link by SMS & email as soon as shipped.
  • Self-service tracking page accessible via account and guest order lookup.
Shipping Charges & Payment Methods
  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on select locations for ₹49 extra; prepaid orders prioritized for fastest dispatch.
  • Accepted payments: UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets, COD (where shown at checkout).
Secure Packing & Late/Missing Delivery
  • All parcels sealed, tamper-evident, and bubble-wrapped to prevent leaks/damage.
  • If courier tracking shows “delivered” but you did not get the parcel, report to support@agorge.com within 24 hours for fast investigation.
  • Delays due to natural disaster, pandemic, festival rush, or courier issues are rare but possible—we will inform you proactively and assist with resolution.
  • If parcel is returned due to wrong/incomplete address or repeated delivery failure, re-shipping may incur an extra fee.
  • Damages, loss, or tampering in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for eligibility for replacement/refund.
